Luxury Hunter Valley resort Chateau Elan is proving increasingly popular for sole-use bookings.
Speaking exclusively to HM on camera at AIME in Melbourne, Chateau Elan CEO Erik Stuebe said the business over the past few months was particularly focused on large conferences with a short lead-time.
He also said he was confident of a strong 2011 in the MICE segment.
