The Adina Apartment Hotel Bondi Beach is on track for a mid-2013 opening, following the confirmation by Toga Hospitality that the laying of foundations are complete.
Once open, the hotel will feature 111 apartments rooms, including 46 studios and 65 apartments (including 56-one and eight two-bedroom apartments, and one with three bedrooms) as well as an outdoor pool and spa, a gym and yoga room and parking.
Toga Hotels CEO Rachel Argaman said all rooms are fully-equipped with kitchens and laundries, while many will feature balconies, some overlooking Bondi Beach.
“The Toga Hotels team are delighted that the foundations of Adina Apartment Hotel Bondi Beach are now complete,” she said. “Anticipation from our guests is building as the completion date, in 2013, fast approaches.

“The apartment hotel is just one of four new Adina Apartment Hotels set to open in Sydney within the next two years,” Argaman said.
Other upcoming new additions to the Adina Apartment Hotels portfolio include: Adina Apartment Hotel Norwest (opening August 2012); Adina Apartment Hotel Mascot (opening 2013); and Adina Apartment Hotel Royal Randwick Racecourse (opening 2014).
