Serviced apartment brand Quest Apartment Hotels is celebrating 35 years in business and continued growth in 2023 with 159 hotels in operation and 13 additional properties in development.
By December 2024, Quest will open six more properties representing 469 rooms, taking its total room tally to over 9,400.

Over the years, its design elements have evolved to incorporate local architecture and mixed-use developments, and ESG has become a major focus of day-to-day operations.
The recently opened Quest Collingwood is located just 15 minutes from the site of the first Quest hotel – a 55-key red brick property in the Melbourne suburb of Fitzroy which opened in 1988. The 83-key property pays tribute to the original style by incorporating red brick into the façade.
Quest’s corporate office will occupy the office space above the new aparthotel once the lease on the current St Kilda Rd premises expires.
Suburban town centres remain a key focus for the brand highlighted by the recent opening of Quest Watergardens and the upcoming Quest Woolooware Bay.
