This festive season, Paris’ luxurious Hôtel Plaza Athénée will bring to life its very own winter chalet, located in the heart of La Cour Jardin.
From now until February 19, 2023, Le Chalet du Plaza Athénée, priced at €200 per person, will transport guests to snowy Alpine slopes with a menu created by executive chef Jean Imbert, featuring three options of fondue.
Whether in pairs or in small groups, up to 20 guests will have the opportunity to enjoy an exceptional three-course dinner within the enchanting atmosphere of La Cour Jardin, for a memorable evening away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
During the aperitif, a glass of Maison Veuve Clicquot champagne will be served outside so that guests can make the most of the magical setting.
The iceskating rink set up in the courtyard of the hotel, opposite the chalet, will be privatised so that guests can enjoy skating under the watchful eye of a professional instructor.
To ward off the winter chill, skiwear apparel brand Fusalp will provide guests with warm clothing.
Served around a large table, the three-course menu will highlight Alpine traditions and flavours, including a choice of traditional, cèpe or black truffle fondue.
Finally, to end the night on a high note, the hotel’s pastry chefs Angelo Musa and Elisabeth Hot will delight guests with their own interpretation of the famous cream-and-chestnut-laced Mont Blanc dessert.
