Salter Brothers is bolstering its hotel investment, development and asset management teams, with key appointments of experienced industry figures, Wesley Milsom, Raphael Antonini and Marie Colangelo.

The global fund manager has hired Wesley Milsom as Senior Manager – Transactions, a role which will focus on hotel transactions. Milsom has more than 16 years’ property experience in the hotel and tourism sector, and extensive experience in valuation, funds management, asset management and delivery of fund strategies.
Raphael Antonini joins the business as Senior Manager – Special Projects, which will involve supporting and leading multiple strategy and research assignments for new hotel fund development.
Antonini brings over 15 years’ international experience in hotel branding, hotel development and investments, hospitality consulting and revenue management, and speaks four languages.
Marie Colangelo has been named Project Director (Strategic Projects) at Salter Brothers and will focus on the expanding hotel repositioning portfolio. Throughout her 18-year hotel career, she has gained extensive project management experience and worked in various owner, operator and project management roles.
Salter Brothers Director of Hotels, Steven Skarott, said the new hires put the company in a strong position for future growth.
