Quest Apartment Hotels NZ has opened its latest property, with the brand now welcoming guests in Palmerston North, around 140kms north of Wellington.
A joint venture between local iwi, Rangitāne o Manawatū and Wallace Development, Quest Palmerston North is located in the town’s CBD. The property features 40 serviced apartments, with a selection of studio, one and two-bedroom configurations available, alongside an equipped kitchenette and individual laundry. Guests can also access local restaurant chargeback and the Quest Pantry Shopping Service.
Quest Palmerston North is owned and operated by Ben and Delia Goodall, who both began with Quest working in the company’s front office before graduating to the role of franchisees.
Quest New Zealand Group General Manager, Adrian Turner, said the latest opening takes the company past the milestone of 35 locations in the country.
“Quest first entered the New Zealand market in 1998 and has steadily grown to be one of the largest and most well-recognised serviced apartment operators in the nation,” Turner said.
Chief Operating Officer, David Mansfield, added his praise to the Quest New Zealand team, saying the company has gone from strength to strength to improve the calibre of product in Palmerston North.
