Members of local council joined with Quest franchisees and head office delegates late last week to officially open Quest Apartment Hotels’ newest Victorian location in Burwood East, in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.
Quest Burwood East is the second franchise for Kris Marinakis, following his purchase of Quest Mont Albert back in 2012. He said the Whitehorse Council had overseen a dramatic transformation since he began trading and as such, he wanted to ensure a Quest property was firmly part of this ongoing evolution.
The property features 91 serviced apartments across studio, one, two and three bedroom configurations. Each includes a kitchenette or full kitchen and laundry facilities. Located around five minutes’ drive from three major shopping centres, Quest Burwood East also offers guests access to facilities including onsite car parking, fitness centre, business lounge and conferencing facilities. Guests can also take advantage of local restaurant chargebacks, unlimited WiFi and a pantry shopping service.
“New commercial, education and medical precincts have increased the amount of business travellers coming to Whitehorse, so the addition of ninety-one premium serviced apartments to the area at Quest Burwood East is a logical step,” Marinakis said.
