Inner-city Melbourne has become home to the maiden presence for burgeoning extended-stay brand Lanbruk Apartment Hotels, which has opened its doors to guests today in Richmond.
Offering 26 apartments across studio, one and two-bedroom configurations, the property at 79 Bridge Road sits adjacent to Epworth Hospital and has two main tram routes serving Melbourne and the Docklands precinct.
Each apartment is fitted with state-of-the-art technology including mobile access to apartments, wireless phone charging bedside lamps and streaming devices inbuilt into televisions. Rooms are designed for both the short and extended-stay market, with kitchenettes in studios while larger apartments have full kitchens and laundries with oven, washer and dryer.
Lanbruk Apartment Hotels Director of Business Development, Bruno Torres, says the company was thrilled to be opening its maiden property.
