The Byron at Byron Corporate Wellness Program is designed for either on-, two- or three-days of conferencing. Each day can consist of three different activities for delegates – a physical activity session such as group yoga or boxing on the beach, a wellness or team building workshop and keynote presentations.
Perfectly complementing the wellness activities, the Resort team has also designed menus with a focus on healthy living, to offer wholesome and nutritious experience. Delegates will be dining on the likes of antioxidant filled Matcha and Chia seed pudding for breakfast, light and fresh Lettuce Wraps with turmeric infused chicken, mixed salad and toasted pumpkin seeds for lunch and Vegetable Pad Thai with zucchini noodles for dinner.
Health and wellness expert Stephanie Stone from The Wellness People has specifically designed these health and wellness inspired packages and programs for high-end conferences and corporate retreats.
Stephanie and her team of wellness educators and presenters will deliver workshops on problem solving and motivating teams and keynote presentations on topics such as work/life balance to assist in boosting delegate’s performance and promoting a healthy company culture.
“It has been great working and planning with The Byron at Byron in putting together their intensive Corporate Wellness Programs,” Stone says.
“Employee health and wellness programs have been growing in popularity over the last couple of years, with over 50 per cent of companies in Australia now offering some kind of health promotion service.
“It is such a pleasure to be a part of this movement and to see the positive benefits for not only the individuals, but the companies as a whole,” she says.
