Quest Apartment Hotels opened its latest property, Quest Griffith, a AUD$16 million development offering 68 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Quest CEO, Zed Sanjana, expressed his confidence in the group’s decision to open its latest property in this burgeoning region.
“Griffith is a prime example of Quest’s promise to go to where the corporate market needs its unique style of apartment hotel accommodation and we predict that demand is only going to increase,” he said.
“Griffith’s contribution to both the state of New South Wales and the Australian agriculture industries is extraordinary – producing 75% of NSW’s wine grapes, 70% of NSW’s citrus and 90% of Australia’s rice.
“The region’s wine industry is booming, exporting over $800 million of wine per year. Travel to the area is also rapidly increasing, with a strong focus on business travel.

The broad pipeline of 10 new property openings over the next three years across Australia shows substantial growth for Quest. In addition to Griffith, this includes: Fremantle, Midland and Innaloo (WA); Macquarie Park and Newcastle West (NSW); Dandenong Central and 478 St Kilda Road (VIC); and Eight Mile Plains and Springfield (QLD).
