Langham Hospitality Group has signed a management agreement for Eaton Luxe, Nirwana Bali which is set to open in 2014, marking the brand’s first extension into resorts. The property will form a key component in the integrated resort hub of Nirwana Bali.
The deal with developer Bakrieland Hotels and Resorts for the 178-room property will be built in close proximity to the award-winning Greg Norman-designed Nirwana Bali Golf Course.
“The introduction of Eaton Luxe in conjunction with our new partners, Bakrieland Hotels and Resorts, marks a milestone in the development of the Eaton brand,” said Langham Hospitality Group Chief Executive Officer, Brett Butcher. “It marries the comfort and convenience of Eaton Luxe into an integrated resort environment with luxury that impresses but never intimidates. (It will be) perfect for the traveller visiting Bali who’s seeking a sophisticated and contemporary environment.”
Eaton Luxe, Nirwana Bali will include a wedding chapel, an infinity swimming pool as well as a ballroom and extensive meeting facilities. The property will feature Eaton Luxe’s signature elements, offering luxury in a sophisticated contemporary environment. The experience will include the T Bar and Lounge that forms part of the property’s social scene.
