Quest Serviced Apartments opened another Queensland property yesterday.
Located within the Kelvin Grove Urban Village in inner city Brisbane, Quest Kelvin Grove closely follows the opening of Quest Toowoomba on 1st July, with Quest Chermside on Playfield scheduled to open in September.
The Urban Village is home to the Queensland University (QUT) Creative Industries Department with live performance spaces, business, enterprise and research capabilities. Established in 2003, the Urban Village was purpose-built for Brisbane’s creative community with restaurants and bars, the weekly Farmer’s Markets, and nationally acclaimed productions at Queensland’s second largest theatre – the La Boite.
Quest CEO Zed Sanjana said, “In the 2013/2014 financial year, Brisbane received in excess of five million domestic visitors, with an expenditure upwards of $3 billion, according to Tourism and Events Queensland. There are many exciting infrastructure projects underway in Brisbane including 1 William Street, the Queensland Schools project, and the Queensland Rail upgrade.
“Brisbane’s population has been growing at an exponential rate, with the ABS predicting growth will continue outstripping the rates of both Melbourne and Sydney. I am very confident in the success of our Brisbane properties as accommodation demand in the city continues to exceed
supply,” he said.
The new property has 85 studio, one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments with kitchen and laundry facilities, separate living/dining area, LED Smart TV, WiFi, Foxtel, onsite car parking, gymnasium, pool and conference room facilities.
Guests will also have access to Quest services including local restaurant chargeback, pantry shopping, dry cleaning, babysitting booking services and business administration.
