BWH Hotels is set to expand its presence in the New Zealand market through a partnership with Capstone Hotel Management.
Working in collaboration with the New Zealand owned hospitality management business, BWH will offer prospective properties its global brand power alongside a management and distribution solution under a “manchise” management model.
BWH Hotels Australasia Director of Development, Danilo Curcuruto, said the partnership is a springboard for further expansion in the New Zealand market.
“Working with the 100% New Zealand owned organisation gives us a strong foothold in the region to tap into resources on the ground,” he said.
“We look forward to working alongside Clare and her team to develop new lifestyle and boutique hotels including WorldHotels, Aiden, BW Signature Collection and BW Premier Collection properties.”
Founded in 2014, Capstone offers a range of property management and marketing services and holds over 80 years’ experience in the hotel sector.
Through this alliance, BWH will offer hotel partners its global-standard revenue management, sales and marketing, award-winning loyalty programs, distribution and cost saving partnerships alongside Capstone’s property management, cost control, human resources, health and safety and training services.
“We’re delighted to partner with BWH in this groundbreaking opportunity to connect with a global hotel brand,” said Capstone Hotel Management, Founder and Managing Director, Clare Davies.
“Offering our full-service management solutions alongside a powerhouse brand ensures we’re working hand in hand with properties to maximise hotel performance.”
BWH said it aims to reignite the luxury, lifestyle and boutique segment with the development of its brands in New Zealand.
