Located on the edge of the Noosa National Park, Essence Peregian Beach is luxury coastal resort featuring a 32-room boutique hotel as well as 20 architecturally designed beach homes, some featuring their own private magnesium pool,
The property also features two pools – one with a pool bar – and a space for events and conferencing that includes a boardroom/private dining room for 16 people.
Popular Peregian Beach dining venue, Outer Square, will serve as the hotel’s food and beverage offering.
“We are so excited to be bringing a resort of this calibre to Peregian Bach, Essence is set to make a huge mark on the Sunshine Coast tourism scene, not only for providing a first-of-its-kind resort to the area but for championing local arts and craftspeople and providing dozens of new job opportunities and experiences for locals,” said General Manager, Damien Larkin.
Essence engaged a number of local creatives to work on various aspects of the property ahead of opening including local aromatherapy company, Botanist Aromatherapy, who developed a signature scent used in the hotel amenities. Sunshine Coast label Lilya designed the stylish team uniform exclusively for Essence and the original artworks throughout the resort were commissioned from local artists such as Emma Nancarrow, Colin Passmore and young digital artist Soren Kearney.
