InterContinental Sydney has introduced an intimate private dining venue following the hotel’s $120 million renovation.
The Rotunda, a circular dining space located on the second floor, is available for exclusive hire and can cater for up to 16 guests.
Following the botanical theme evident throughout the hotel’s redesign, the space features lush green velvet and a green marble table formed out of Verde Oceania marble.
Floor to ceiling windows overlook the historical First Government House.
The Rotunda guests can enjoy the hotel’s new fine food and beverage experiences including a three-course Chef Table Menu.
