Marriott International is set to bring design-led Aloft Hotels brand to Singapore following the signing of a 785-room hotel in the cultural district of Balestier.
An agreement with Hiap Hoe Limited, through HH Properties Pte. Ltd, will see the site converted into the largest Aloft hotel in the world.
Aloft Singapore Novena, which is comprised of two towers as part of mixed-use development Zhongshan Park, is expected to open in Q3 2023.

Hotel amenities will include an outdoor pool, state-of-the-art gym and pillarless, modern event spaces, while guest rooms will be kitted out with Sealy beds, custom amenities and rainfall showers.
On-site dining options will include a modern Chinese and local seafood restaurant, and a Halal-certified buffet restaurant.
