Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort has completed the first phase of its multi-million resort refurbishment, revealing enhanced rooms, suites and communal spaces.
The 253-room Coral Coast resort sits on 40 acres with lush, tropical gardens and oceanfront views.
The renovation, which commenced in October 2022, is focused on maintaining and elevating the traditional Fijian style in which it was originally designed.
Phase One included the renovation of 16 premium Bures, and the creation of a new “Premium Ocean View” room category following the transformation of 46 original Lagoon Wing rooms with a more contemporary design,
The rooms in this category offer ocean views and guests can avail of the resort’s signature Talai Butler service.
“We are so thrilled to finally announce this next chapter at Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort; this thoughtful design project has been in the works for a long time and is a perfect balance of traditional style with contemporary touches,” said Area Director of Sales and Marketing, Fiji Islands, Ben Johnson.
“The property improvements bring the brightness and beauty of the Bula Spirit into our accommodations to further provide a memorable, captivating and elevated offering for our guests.”
Phase Two, which is currently underway, includes upgrades in the main accommodation wings, remaining Bures, and public areas including the main buffet restaurant and lobby.
The entire refurbishment is due to be completed by November this year and the property will remain open throughout.
