Hilton is seeking to capitalise on growth in the US$300 billion corporate travel market with the launch of a new extended stay brand, under the working title Project H3, in the US.
The lower midscale brand will offer spacious apartment-style accommodation with four distinct spaces – living, work, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom – and an adjustable layout.
Core design elements will be reimagine and essential amenities will be available to guests in a warm and comfortable setting.
The hotel exterior will be designed to include warm wood tones, and a modern farmhouse-inspired palette with light industrial touches, while outdoor patios will feature grills, a communal fire pit and comfortable seating.
A hyper-functional warm and welcoming lobby, called The Hive, will provide easy access to all amenities through sight lines from the front desk to fitness, laundry, and a simple retail market.
