EVT grows Independent Collection with opening of Hotel Totto Wollongong

EVT Hotels and Resorts has introduced a new hotel in Wollongong with the opening of Hotel Totto.

A member of the Independent Collection by EVT, Hotel Totto Wollongong features a new bar and restaurant, 150 guest rooms, check-in kiosks, and a 24-hour reception.

Mediterranean-inspired Basta Trattoria is located on the ground floor and offers a menu heavily focused on local produce, curated by Head Chef Kris Swiecinski. The all-day dining restaurant features a combination of comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces.
