Accor’s Pullman Hotels and Resorts has made its Singapore debut with the opening of Pullman Singapore Orchard last week.
Located on the famous retail district of Orchard Road, the hotel features 326 fashion-forward rooms and suites in nine configurations; a fitness centre and outdoor swimming pool with a swim-up bar.
“Singapore is a trendsetting city that has evolved from an Asian economic hub into a vibrant global tourism destination. said Accor Chief Executive of Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea, Garth Simmons.
“This makes it the perfect setting for our Pullman brand, which has a history that dates back more than 150 years and now attracts a new generation of digital nomads, millennial globetrotters, and business professionals.
“Pullman Singapore Orchard will deliver bold and creative stays, surrounded by world-class dining and shopping venues.”
Technology is an important part of the guest experience with contactless check-in via the hotel’s mobile app and digital room keys, and fully-automated in-room lighting and temperature controls
The hotel’s food and beverage offering includes Eden Restaurant, which is set in a light-filled glasshouse and featuring live cooking stations. Meanwhile, the Atelier Lounge is a space to relax surrounded by fashion-inspired artifacts.
The hotel’s meeting spaces are suitable for hybrid meetings, corporate events, team-building activities or social events such as evening cocktails or weddings.
“For today’s new entrepreneurs, the lines between work and play are increasingly blurred,” said Pullman Singapore Orchard General Manager, Rob McIntyre.
“At Pullman Singapore Orchard, we have created the ultimate playground for this multi-hyphenate audience. Whether dining, drinking, working or sleeping, we’ve got all bases covered. We can’t wait to show Singapore what Pullman is about.”
