Marriott Bonvoy’s luxury brand The Ritz-Carlton has introduced an elevated club lounge experience for guests with the launch of The Ritz-Carlton Club across its Asia Pacific hotels.
The Ritz-Carlton Club, which launch in Mainland China last summer, offers a private space where business and leisure guests can enjoy unique, personalised experiences and culinary delights.
The Club Lounge at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore invites guests to share memories of their trip by designing a customised postcard with a Ritz-Carlton stamp. At The Ritz-Carlton, Perth, Sommelier Camila Luzzi invites guests to explore the local, quality wines, and at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, guests can enjoy movies in a bonfire-themed room.
“We are seeing an even greater shift towards guests seeking experiences that inspire them and help bring balance into their lives through the discovery of fresh perspectives, new ideas, and local connections,” said Marriott International Vice President, Brand Marketing and Management, Asia Pacific, Jennie Toh.
“The launch of elevated experiences at The Ritz-Carlton Club gives us the perfect opportunity to reconnect with our guests, giving them a unique window into each destination’s culture through enhanced offerings and experiences.”
The Ritz-Carlton Club offers five meals including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, hors d’oeuvres and cordials, with menus inspired by the local cuisine of each destination. The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place, for example, offers a traditional Jamu experience which includes a wellness drink and ancient ritual integral to Javanese culture served during afternoon tea
Club guests can avail of seasonal and locally inspired amenities as well as complimentary pressing or laundry and have access to exclusive meeting spaces.
