TFE Hotels is accelerating expansion efforts for its Adina Apartment Hotels brand, opening doors to its latest property in the German health spa town of Wiesbaden, outside of Frankfurt.
Located along the town’s Wilhelmstraße and in the heart of the city’s social and recreational precinct, the new Adina Apartment Hotel Wiesbaden offers 126 self-contained apartments featuring equipped kitchens, washer-dryers, living room and separate space for working and relaxing.
Health and wellness plays a big role in the new hotel’s overall guest philosophy, with facilities including a rooftop bar on the 7th floor, fitness centre, swimming pool, sauna and therapeutic shower with a variety of relaxation options.
TFE Hotels Group Chief Operating Officer, Chris Sedgwick, said the new Adina Wiesbaden was the first apartment-style hotel to open in the region and would be a welcome addition to the brand’s growing global portfolio.
“As the first hotel to feature fully equipped apartments in Wiesbaden, Adina offers holidaymakers an attractive mix of activities,” he said.
“The city is also an important trade fair and business location which makes the market mix perfect for an apartment-style hotel.”
Adina Wiesbaden is the fourth new location for the brand to open in Europe this year, following Vienna, Cologne and Munich. The brand continues to make its mark and appeal to developers across the continent, with a strong pipeline including Dusseldorf, Stuttgart and Geneva still to come.
