New Zealand lodge management operation, Capstone Hotels and Resorts, has integrated the Woodhouse Mountain Lodge in Warkworth, north of Auckland, to its management portfolio.
The Woodhouse Mountain Lodge was formerly known as Kourawhero Lodge but was rebranded earlier this year following its sale to NZ entrepreneur Seeby Woodhouse. The property is situated on 100 acres and features 18 villas each with views over the surrounding countryside.
The property features a range of meeting and function spaces, a 40-seat restaurant with cocktail bar, day spa, tennis court, helicopter pad, sauna and outdoor swimming pool all backed by landscaped and manicured gardens.
Capstone Hotels and Resorts Managing Director, Clare Davies, said the company was proud to now be representing the remote accommodation provider.
“We are very pleased to have been appointed by the new owners of the Woodhouse Mountain Lodge and we are looking forward to bringing the property to new markets,” Davies said.
“The property is ideally located for corporate retreats and small conferences as well as for leisure breaks away from the city.”
Woodhouse Mountain Lodge officially joins the Capstone ranks effective from 1 September.
