The first episode in Series 3 of Wayfarer’s destination-based travel TV show, hosted by HM’s Editor-In-Chief James Wilkinson, has made its global debut today.
There will be over 30 episodes in the all-Australian Series 3, with the first six showcasing the best of Adelaide and surrounds.
In the first episode, Wilkinson checks-in to the new and stylish EOS by SkyCity hotel, where he gets an exclusive tour of the property’s stunning Grace Villa, one of the largest suites in Adelaide, by General Manager, Jodi Brown.
He also heads to EOS’ brilliant rooftop restaurant and bar, Sol, helmed by talented head chef Kane Pollard, to talk local produce and then catches-up with EOS’ Chief Concierge, Siddhartha Kaul, to get some tips of things to do in the area.
In the not-to-be-missed episode, Wilkinson also visits a South Australian culinary institution, Africola, and gets an exclusive insight from head chef Lauren Southwell and restaurant manager Coco Cox.
