Reservations are now open at Hilton Singapore Orchard, which will open doors in January 2022 and will become the company’s largest hotel in the Asia-Pacific region with 1,080 rooms.
Following an extensive property-wide refurbishment and conversion across two towers from its former life as Mandarin Orchard Singapore, the new Hilton will become its flagship hotel in the city state.
Located around 30 minutes from Changi Airport, Hilton Singapore Orchard will offer a range of international cuisines at five restaurants including the two-Michelin starred eatery, Shisen Hanten. Three further dining options will include an all-day restaurant, speciality restaurant and lobby bar.
The hotel will allow guests to instantly confirm interconnecting rooms in line with Hilton’s new reservations technology designed for larger groups. Further guest facilities will include two fitness centres, an outdoor swimming pool, executive lounge and direct access to a four-level shopping centre.
Meetings and conferences will have 2,400 square metres available to book, including two pillarless ballrooms and 12 flexible spaces able to cater to meetings, conventions, weddings and social functions.
Hilton Vice President Operations, South East Asia, Paul Hutton, said the company was optimistic about the growth potential of Singapore’s hospitality scene as recovery begins and travel resumes over the longer-term.
“We are delighted to start a brand new year with the launch of a significant addition to our regional portfolio through the opening of Hilton Singapore Orchard, which will represent a true landmark Hilton hotel in an important gateway city for South East Asia, and look forward to continue delivering our renowned levels of Hilton hospitality to everyone who passes through the doors of the hotel.”
Hilton Singapore Orchard General Manager, Cedric Nubul, said the hotel will be one of the most anticipated properties to open in 2022 and will be an exciting addition to the Orchard Road scene.
