Fine dining buffet experience, Kitchens On Kent, has now reopened full time after several months operating under reduced capacity due to the pandemic.
The experience features chefs cooking across seven separate kitchens, all working on different cuisines from around the world. Dishes can be served directly to guests plates or ordered and served to the table.
The Langham Sydney Food and Beverage Manager, Eric Lo, said both the standard of dining and the service experience had been elevated to new heights.
‘Whilst we’re a buffet restaurant, we want our guests to have the chance to sit together in a civilised setting and enjoy each other’s company,” he said.
“This can be challenging when you’re up and down and back-wards and forwards to the open-kitchens. That’s why we’ve incorporated culinary options that are brought straight to the table.”
On arrival, guests receive their choice of a multi-level tower of fresh seafood delivered to their table or alternatively, a stocked charcuterie arrangement. Guests can then either wander the live kitchens and collect dishes from their chosen station or order dishes directly for delivery to their table.
Dinner seven days per week starts from $148pp for seatings from 5:30pm, while lunch is available for $130pp until 2pm.
