Hospitality and tourism real estate brokerage, HTL Property, has hired Andrew Jackson as National Accommodation Director, tasked with leading the company’s focus on hotels and resorts.
Jackson moves to HTL from his long-serving role at CBRE Hotels, where he spent over a decade facilitating commercial real estate negotiations and transactions for investors and hotel operators.
It comes as HTL moves to expand its accommodation division following the introduction of its new debt and advisory function, HTL Capital, which is headed by former Commonwealth Bank Australia executives, Rick Woelms and Kimberley Cramp.
“Having spent over a decade in big agency operations, my considered deduction is that there firmly exists the need for an agile, hands-on agency alternative that enjoys the family office and institutional firepower to source and deliver unique wealth building opportunities for valued clients,” Jackson said of his appointment.
“As a company we are most excited about Andrew’s arrival, and his decision to join us at a cyclical point in time where his domestic market knowledge is both highly sought after similarly unparalleled” advised HTL Property Chairman, Andrew Jolliffe.
“At the centre of our firm’s DNA is anticipating and then outperforming the needs of our valued client base and the introduction of best in class specialists such as Andrew, in order to further support this commitment, is a priority we are affixed to,” he added.
