Boutique hotel operator, Lancemore Group, has expanded into Queensland for the first time, signing the former Tryp Fortitude Valley in Brisbane to its white label management division.
The signing has seen the hotel rebranded as ‘The Constance’, with the new name accompanying a refresh which has seen a visually striking and artistic colour scheme applied along with new guest facilities including a rooftop bar.
In addition, the hotel is delving into the events space with its food and beverage label, Dirty Sultan, unveiling a new neo-Turkish inspired street food menu.
Lancemore Group CEO, Julian Clark, said he was thrilled at being able to continue the brand’s expansion along the eastern seaboard of Australia.
“We have been eyeing Brisbane for some time and are very excited to enter the market with such a fantastic hotel and location,” he said.
“The hotel already has a great reputation and we look forward to taking it to the next level.
“We are also excited to expand our white label management business. This is a concept whose time has come and the fact that a sophisticated investor like Serene Capital are attracted to the model is a great endorsement for the model,” Clark added.
The Constance opened earlier this month under its new operating brand.
