ARMA and BMIHMS will be leading a discussion around the importance of revenue management during the global pandemic, in a breakfast seminar at day two of AHICE.
The event, on 9 September at 8.15am, will be held at the Hyatt Regency Sydney.
ARMA and BMIHMS at Torrens University Australia, have also teamed up to deliver the world’s first accredited Graduate Certificate of Revenue Management. The graduate certificate, which is delivered 100% online and supported seven days a week by ARMA, is designed for mid-career professionals who have either a related degree or three or more years of relevant experience.
The course provides in-depth training in revenue management through the lens of the accommodation sector, offering graduates an opportunity to develop advanced skills that will equip them for management or senior leadership roles.
Melissa Kalan, Founding Director and CEO of ARMA, will share some of these insights as she moderates a panel of industry leaders at the breakfast seminar. The discussion will centre on the critical skills and focus that can drive optimisation and profit, especially during times of global uncertainty.
Having implemented revenue management techniques throughout the accommodation industry in Australia and the Asia Pacific, Melissa is passionate about empowering organisations to achieve the right revenue management culture. She’s seen time and time again how this can add value to teams and organisations, and positively influence profits and staff retention. Those in attendance will be awarded a certificate of attendance from Torrens University Australia.
