Western Australia’s Quest Perth Ascot has named Annabell Javinez as the General Manager of the property, which is due to open in mid-September as the company’s 15th location in the state.
Javinez, who has been with Quest Apartment Hotels for over a decade, will move into the role from a similar role at Quest South Perth Foreshore, where she has been active for the past 18 months. Prior to this, she worked for nine years at Quest Townsville, moving from front office staff to property manager.
At the helm of Quest Perth Ascot, Javinez will lead the hotel’s entire operation including day-to-day staff management and guest experience. The 122-apartment hotel will be a key debut site of the company’s new ‘Grab & Go’ service, offering guests a range of drinks, snacks and ready meals for purchase. The property is located close to Perth Airport along with a variety of transport projects due to begin in the next 12 months.
Javinez said she was looking forward to the challenge of opening and managing another new Quest property.
“I will have a keen focus on leadership and strategic planning across all departments in pursuit of extraordinary service culture, efficient operations and outstanding guest satisfaction,” she said.
Other guest features at Quest Perth Ascot include an airport shuttle service, 24-hour reception, swimming pool, conference centre and business lounge.
