Luxury residence operator, Frasers Hospitality Australia, has pulled back the curtains on an AUD$4m dollar refurbishment at Fraser Suites Sydney which evokes modern luxury with classic architecture.
The property engaged interior design firm D’Cruz, the same designers responsible for the hotel’s original look. All 201 suites have been fitted with new bedheads, sofas, coffee tables, ergonomic desks and chairs, carpets and decorative lighting. Artwork has been replaced throughout each apartment and new smart televisions are due to be fitted before the end of the year.
As part of a wider year-long redevelopment of the property’s Deluxe Studio, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom and Penthouse Suites, the hotel also now features an improved swimming pool, fitness centre and new technology in the meeting and conference centre.
Frasers Hospitality Australia Country General Manager, Matthew Rubie, said the new-look property reflects an exceptional experience for its guests.
“Our apartments are well known for their impressive footprint so we wanted to maximise this advantage by reimagining each space to create modern, light-filled residences for our guests,” he said.
