Canberra property group Doma has confirmed it will open its second Little National Hotel and the company’s first expansion outside of the ACT – Little National Hotel Sydney – in September 2020.
The 230-room, five-star property will see the brand grow to its second Australian city and will feature Bates Smart-designed facilities aimed as an affordable luxury option, fusing low-cost with high-value as a new select service model for the NSW capital.
Guest facilities will include a fitness centre, library and a rooftop garden bar.
Little National’s third location in Newcastle is due to begin construction later this year, with the company having also flagged Brisbane as a potential future site for the growing label.
Doma Managing Director, Jure Domazet, reaffirmed his excitement at being able to bring the Little National brand to Sydney this year.
“Our approach has always been to provide guests with a convenient, contemporary hotel experience, without the cost of 5-star accommodation, so they can enjoy more of the city around them,” he said.
