Andrew Adams has joined The Fullerton Hotel Sydney as the property’s new Director of Operations as the company continues to settle into life following its recent expansion outside Singapore.
The Sydney native returns home for the new role, which will see him work on new food and beverage concepts throughout the property as well as managing the overall guest experience both from a frontline and back-of-house perspective.
Adams brings over 25 years of industry experience to The Fullerton Hotel Sydney and joins following a 13-year career in the United States, during which he worked for brands including sbe Group, Four Seasons Hotels and The Peninsula.
Speaking of his new role, Adams said he was looking forward to the opportunities ahead and building his future with Fullerton Hotels and Resorts.
