Former JLL Hotels Executive, Troy Craig, has moved across to CBRE Hotels, joining its Valuation and Advisory Services team as the new Regional Director to lead the team in Australia and New Zealand.
Craig, who brings over 25 years in the hotel and hospitality market, was previously in charge of the strategic advisory division at JLL Hotels.
Taking up his new position, Craig praised the robustness of the Pacific hotel market, saying evidence of strong investor appetite was being noticed across the region in line with ongoing growth in tourism demand.
“I’m relishing the prospect of working closely with this team to grow our market presence. Our continued focus will be to work closely with our clients as aligned business partners, delivering seamless and innovative services to enhance the service excellence that CBRE Hotels is well known for.
“There are also emerging challenges that require the keen eye of experienced specialists to determine exactly what these competing forces mean as we move into the next decade,” he added.
CBRE Hotels Executive Director, Robert McIntosh, acknowledged Craig as a leader in the field of hotel advisory services and combined with his wealth of experience, would bring a new dimension to the already-strong 30-plus team of professionals based across the Pacific region.
