The countdown is on for Crystalbrook Collection to the opening of its second luxury resort in Cairns, with bookings now being taken for Bailey for stays from 2 November.
Following on from the opening around a year ago of Riley – the company’s first of three resorts in the growing North Queensland city (Flynn is on track to open in 2020) – Bailey will be an art-centric property, with a regular schedule of events and art-based activities for guests and the community to engage and celebrate both emerging local artistic talents and the best from around the world.
Bailey General Manager, Carl Taranto, said it was exciting to finally be able to share the news of the opening of the second phase in Crystalbrook’s Cairns portfolio.
“Launching direct bookings to the public is a significant milestone as we count down the days until we open,” he said.
Once open, Bailey will be the fourth property in the Crystalbrook Collection after its Central Queensland retreat, Riley and Little Albion in Sydney. Following the opening of Flynn, the company’s flag will move to Newcastle for the opening of Kingsley, while planning work continues at a further resort at the Port Douglas Superyacht Marina.
