Seven distinctive brands and more than 1,100 hotels worldwide will feature in a new multi-platform, mobile-first website and smartphone app launched as the new digital face of Radisson Hotel Group, the company has announced.
The company’s brands – Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson RED, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radisson and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson – will see all global inventory available to book on the new digital frontage – accessible at RadissonHotels.com. Rooms managed by Radisson’s strategic partner, PPHE Hotel Group, also appear on the upgraded site.
Initially, the site and platform will be offered in 13 languages with more to gradually come online. While the website is now operational, the smartphone app will be available to download from Google Play and the iTunes Store at the end of this month.
The new app offers a simplified interface and is designed to help users find their ideal hotel in a few taps of the screen. A click-to-call feature is built within the app, allowing a quick connection to the company’s main call centres if needed. A credit card scanner is also built-in, allowing users to book their hotel securely and easily without typing any numbers. Special offers can also be accessed via push notifications, alerting guests who opt-in to the service.
Radisson Hotel Group Executive Vice President and Global Chief Commercial Officer, Eric De Neef, said the website’s relaunch was a key commercial objective of the company’s five-year operating plan which was currently working to transform the business.

For members of the company’s loyalty program, Radisson Rewards, the website will also serve as the main digital platform and booking engine for members to earn and burn points and reward stays.
