Wayfarer and sister brand HM recently visited the iconic hotel to chat with bar manager Declan McGurk about the venue’s history, traditions and ongoing draw as a venue on which guests can indulge in the finest of fine living and stamp their cards as having ‘sipped at the Savoy’.
