Industry fund Intrust Super will relaunch their robo-advice offering in 2019 that will deliver a personalised financial plan three times quicker than its previous service.
The upgrade’s enhanced user interface will draw from the individual member’s data and requires 70 per cent less user input to simplify the digital advice experience.
Intrust Super members will receive a financial plan that includes retirement projections, investment recommendations and contribution strategies.
Intrust Super Chief Executive Officer, Brendan O’Farrell, said “It is critical that people today, no matter their age, have clear goals for their financial future. But it is also critical that every Australian has the right to financial inclusion in order to reach those goals.”
“Financial advice that is straightforward, easy to access and free of charge should be available to all Australians,” Mr O’Farrell said.
The Fund’s members currently receive financial advice face to face, over the phone and online. Their robo-advice service has always been provided free for members to access. However, the upgrade promises to provide a far superior experience.
Mr O’Farrell states that one of the Fund’s core fundamentals is to always innovate and has delivered several digital services that have enhanced the member experience. These include real-time online account consolidation and digital welcome cards. The enhancement to the digital financial advice service is another example of Intrust Super’s commitment to providing the best service to its members.
