TFE Hotels is set to open five new hotels in Australia and Germany in the next 12 months as part of plans to expand to 100 hotels in five years.
The beautiful new Adina Apartment Hotel Brisbane opens early next year in a heritage building on George Street, followed by urban resort-styled The Calile in August, in sophisticated Fortitude Valley, under the TFE Hotels Collection brand.
TFE Hotels CEO Rachel Argaman said: “Each of our seven hotels in Germany achieved excellent revenue this year and we are preparing to open another two by Christmas in Leipzig, affectionately known in Europe as Hypezig, and in Hamburg. The Adina Apartment Hotel model was recognised by global consultants Horwath as the second biggest operator in Germany’s serviced apartment segment, showcasing the brand’s ability to translate across multiple geographies and highlighting its design evolution as a preferred consumer choice.”
Adina Apartment Hotels is adding another 13 hotels to its existing portfolio of 30 hotels in five countries – one in a new lifestyle precinct at the former Pentridge Prison site near Melbourne; one next to Canberra Theatre in the London Circuit precinct with a purpose-built “theatre lane”; one at Melbourne’s West End with exquisite rain forest and futuristic design elements, as well as a yoga pod, massage studio, Jacuzzi and day spa.
“In March we open a stunning new Vibe Hotel in North Sydney and we will soon have Vibe Hotels in most capital cities in Australia – construction is about to start in Hobart, Sydney and Melbourne and soon we announce our 12th Vibe Hotel,” Ms Argaman said.
“The contemporary new Travelodge Hotel Sydney Airport celebrated opening in September, displaying stunning new brand standards, and will be closely followed by a new Travelodge Hotel in New Zealand.”
