AccorHotels will rebrand the Grand Mercure Apartments Docklands in Melbourne to The Sebel Residences, Melbourne Docklands effective 6 February 2017.
Following this announcement, AccorHotels Melbourne network is now comprised of four upscale hotels wearing The Sebel badge – The Sebel Melbourne Flinders Lane, The Sebel Melbourne Docklands, The Sebel Residences Melbourne Docklands and The Sebel Melbourne Moorabbin (opening early 2017).
AccorHotels Pacific Chief Operating Officer, Simon McGrath, said: “The Sebel brand is a recognised name in the hotel apartment space.
“We saw an opportunity to further leverage The Sebel brand’s presence in Melbourne, and the rebranding will not only complement but enhance the existing Docklands property offering in the precinct,” he said.
The Sebel Residences, Melbourne Docklands is located in the vibrant waterfront precinct of Newquay in inner-city Melbourne, with magnificent shopping, dining and entertainment options nearby.
The waterfront, serviced apartment complex offers a choice of 80 one, two or three bedroom apartment accommodation, which includes a spacious lounge and dining area and fully equipped kitchens.
