Choice Hotels Asia-Pac has added three new properties to its portfolio in Western Australia – the Comfort Inn and Suites Goodearth Perth, the Quality Hotel Ambassador Perth and the Econo Lodge Karratha.
The two new Perth CBD hotels are located on Adelaide Terrace, in the heart of vibrant East Perth.
The Comfort Inn and Suites Goodearth Perth features 180 spacious hotel rooms and apartments and guests can enjoy the convenience of free WiFi and free secure car parking. The hotel also caters for conferences, meetings and events and is perfectly suited for the group market.
The Quality Hotel Ambassador Perth features 170 well-designed hotel rooms and suites that are ideally suited to the corporate business traveller. Guests have access to a gymnasium and sauna and can grab a bite to eat at Café 196 Restaurant and Bar. Businesses can also utilise the meeting and function space available at the property.
Choice’s third new property, located in Karratha in Australia’s North West, is the first Econo Lodge branded property in Western Australia and comprises of 41 guest rooms, set among lush green gardens and only minutes away from the town centre.

Tourism is vitally important to the WA economy, injecting more than AUD$9 billion into the State economy each year and creating more than 94,000 jobs for the people of Western Australia.

Perth is a growth market for Australian tourism, with the city witnessing a 6.9% growth in the number of overnight visitors in the last 12 months, based on research by Tourism Western Australia.
The WA capital is increasingly attracting visitors from within Australia, with an 18.2% increase in interstate overnight visitors over the same period.
Like Perth, Karratha in Australia’s North West attract international and Australian tourists alike, who enjoy its leisure facilities, parks and panoramic lookouts, as well as nearby national parks boasting untouched beauty. Over the last 12 months the North West region of Australia has seen a surge in tourism with a 14.1% increase in the number of overnight visitors and an 18.8% growth in overnight visitor spend.2
