From Turkish delight and chocolate shots and pastel chocolate mousse cones to vanilla marshmallows with chocolate dipped pretzels, Melba Restaurant will serve two signature Nectar and Stone desserts every night for a strictly limited four nights in a row.
Other desserts include mini strawberry mousse cones, pink lemonade macarons, lemon and strawberry cheesecake shots, raspberry ganache, passionfruit and chocolate tarts and popcorn chocolate with Murray River pink salt flakes.
Nectar and Stone’s creator, Caroline Khoo, has carved out a niche that has garnered world-wide recognition for her delicate, innovative and pale hued creations that tempt even the most world weary foodie.
Dinner at Melba Restaurant includes entree, main course, live cooking stations, unlimited dessert buffet and cheese station.
