Mantra Group continues to focus on expanding its upscale Peppers hotel brand in CBD locations. Following the successful opening of Peppers Canberra in 2014, the brand is set to welcome three new additions to the Australian portfolio – including two new build developments.
Peppers Waymouth Hotel, AdelaideThis 202 room well-established five star hotel will enter the network in September 2015. The first Peppers property in Adelaide, it will join the Group’s existing four Mantra and BreakFree city hotels. The hotel will undergo upgrades to incorporate Peppers brand standards to complement the exceptional facilities which include two food and beverage outlets, meeting facilities, heated pool, and fitness centre.
Peppers Docklands, MelbourneThe new build 87-room Peppers Docklands is part of the M Docklands project – a 19-level, $140 million mixed-use development which also incorporates residential apartments and retail space. Scheduled to open early 2016, the hotel is located adjacent to Etihad Stadium, the hotel will set a benchmark for five-star accommodation in the precinct and offer world-class dining and facilities.
Peppers Kings Square, PerthLocated just 500 metres from Perth Arena, the new-build Peppers Kings Square is set to open in early 2016. Using leading modular construction technology the hotel will comprise 120 hotel rooms across 15 levels plus restaurant and function area.
