The Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains, a member of Accor’s MGallery Collection, has kicked-off the New Year by opening a new dining venue, The Terrace, as well as the introduction of a new tapas menu in Embers Dining.
The Terrace was previously an outdoor terrace area, transformed into an enclosed venue with sweeping glass windows that open, providing diners a stunning indoor/outdoor experience with uninterrupted views of the Jamison Valley.
A brilliant Blue Mountains dining experience awaits, with a menu featuring flavours from the region with signature dishes such as Jannei goat’s curd custard with asparagus, pickled mushrooms and date purée, as well as Lithgow Valley Wagyu beef tenderloin with bone marrow, nameko mushroom and béarnaise. A children’s menu is also available for discerning young gourmands.
Jamison’s Restaurant has undergone a major refurbishment showcasing modern new interiors, interactive chef’s cooking station and fresh buffet stations for breakfast. A weekly Saturday seafood dinner buffet is now available and features the taste sensations of regional produce. From crispy salads and anti-pasto platters to the delicious dessert buffet and an amazing cheese selection, there is something for everyone.
A family special is now available, at AUD$79 per adult, AUD$39.50 per child and free for children up to 12 years with an accompanying full paying adult, from 6pm to 9.30pm.
Experience a new tapas menu in Embers Dining, where Blue Mountains flavours are fused in selected share plates including the Scallop ceviche, Three Sister sliders as well as Smoke salmon terrine to name a few.
