The Lancemore Group has unveiled the refurbished Lindenderry at Red Hill, a premium boutique accommodation property located in the heart of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.
The refurbishment, costing several hundred thousand dollars, has seen the country estate upgrade the interiors of all guest rooms, restaurant and lounge areas.
Chief Executive Officer of The Lancemore Group, Julian Clark, is delighted about the unveiling of the estate’s new look.
“We are thrilled with the result and look forward to welcoming guests to the new look property with the quality service Lindenderry has always offered. We encourage visitors to explore the new environment we have created,” he said.
“The Lancemore Group added Lindenderry at Red Hill to its collection of award winning boutique properties in 1996.
“The estate’s new design has been uniquely themed and is complimentary to its surroundings, and the refurbishment is consistent with the luxury fit-out across The Lancemore Group property portfolio,” Clark said.
Each of the 40 boutique guest accommodation rooms have been professionally styled to reflect and suit the estate’s setting and location, reminiscent of the English countryside. With stunning views, rooms range in size and features, with the Superior Balcony Suite boasting an open fireplace, deluxe ensuite bathroom with spa bath, king sized bed and luxury furnishings.
Guests are encouraged to relax in the many welcoming lounges, home to carefully curated antiques, artefacts and sculptures. As they step outside and into 30 acres of immaculately kept gardens, guests will discover an award winning winery, cellar door and a modern Australian restaurant with sweeping views of the vineyard.
