The Caboolture Gateway Motel has joined Best Western to become the group’s second 4-star property in Caboolture, Queensland.
Greg Linn, owner of Best Western Caboolture Gateway Motel said he joined Best Western to ensure his hotel would be part of a likeminded group that shared his own values for great service and customer care.
“People understand that the Best Western brand represents a hospitality tradition delivering superior service and care for a great price,” he said.
“I’ve always believed in providing the best comforts for people travelling, and Best Western is built on these fundamentals, sharing my own values I strive to uphold in all my hotels.”
Linn joined Best Western in 2010, opening Best Western Caboolture Central Motor Inn. After receiving more guest enquiries than the number of rooms he had available, he purchased his second hotel in 2013 – now Best Western Caboolture Gateway Motel – to refer guests to.
“My hotel occupancy rates increase each year, indicating a need for more four-star options in town,” he said.
Best Western Australasia’s Chief Executive Rob Anderson has welcomed the Caboolture property.
“Greg puts his guests’ needs first and I am thrilled to add his second property to Best Western,” he said.
