Accor has expanded its Melbourne hotel network with the addition of Mercure Melbourne Therry Street.
Located on the northern side of Melbourne’s CBD, Mercure Melbourne Therry Street – formerly the Sky Lounge Hotel – is opposite the Queen Victoria Markets and easy walking distance to the city’s’ central shopping district.
In addition to 80 accommodation rooms, the hotel has a restaurant, bar and one meeting room, offering business and leisure travellers contemporary and comfortable respite in a central and convenient location.
“The addition of Mercure Melbourne Therry Street to the growing network of Accor hotels in Victoria will provide even more choice for visitors to the city,” said Accor’s General Manager of Franchise Hotels, Dino Mezzatesta.
“The hotel’s convenient location close to the central shopping and business districts and key attractions coupled with the recognition of the Mercure brand will make Mercure Melbourne Therry Street a natural choice for both leisure and business travellers.”
The addition of Mercure Melbourne Therry Street brings the total of Mercure hotels in Victoria to 11 and 39 Mercure hotels across Australia.
