Quest Serviced Apartments will open its second property in Bendigo, Victoria on 28 November, to meet existing and future demand from business and leisure travellers.
The AUD$12.5 million Quest Bendigo Central is located at 228 McCrae Street, Bendigo near the Bendigo CBD and will complement the existing Quest property, just outside of town.
David Beer, Franchisee of Quest Bendigo and the new Quest Bendigo Central says his new property will help ease the undersupply of quality accommodation in Bendigo, particularly during peak business and event times.
“Bendigo is a thriving, progressive city with a population of more than 100,000 people,” said Beer.
“With strong industries including defence manufacturing and an outstanding events calendar, we need to continue investing in quality accommodation to meet existing and future demand for people visiting our city.

Quest Bendigo Central offers 60 contemporary studios, one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments with kitchen and laundry facilities, separate living/dining areas and broadband internet access.
The property also features an on-site reception, complimentary on-site car parking, BBQ area, outdoor swimming pool and conference/meeting facilities.
In addition, the property offers daily room servicing, business administration services, local restaurant chargeback arrangements and a grocery shopping service.
