Hilton Surfers Paradise has launched Australia’s first ever ‘beach valet’, providing guests with the ultimate luxury beach experience ahead of the hotels official opening in September.
The beach valet service is available exclusively for Hilton Surfers Paradise guests and offers five-star service that extends from the hotel to one of Australia’s most famous stretches of sand.
With the concept of beach valets well entrenched at overseas destinations such as South Beach in Miami, Florida and Cannes in France, Hilton Surfers Paradise has introduced an Australian version of the concept exclusively for Hilton Surfers Paradise guests.
Guests are able to book their very own Hilton beach valet to transport their beach gear and belongings to and from the hotel to the beach. Hilton’s beach valets set guests up on the sand on world-renowned Surfers Paradise Beach, as well as deliver guests cold drinks, ice creams and snacks throughout the day.
Hilton’s beach valets set up a Hilton-branded sunshade or beach umbrella, carry and assemble beach chairs, bring fresh towels and children’s beach toys and provide guests with an esky filled with their choice of cold drinks, fresh fruit or snacks.
Beach valets are also on hand to deliver sunscreen to guests if they run out.
The Hilton beach valet is a user-pays service available to all Hilton Surfers Paradise guests.
Hilton Surfers Paradise General Manager David Kelly said the beach valet service is the first of its kind in Australia.
“The beach valets offer Hilton guests the ultimate luxury beach experience, pampering them and taking the hassle out of going to the beach. The only thing left for guests to do is lie back, relax and enjoy the sun, surf and sand,” Kelly said.
“We believe our beach valet concept offers Hilton Surfers Paradise guests a unique service they are not able to get anywhere else on the Gold Coast and we expect it to be popular with hotel guests.
“The service is perfect for holidaying families who often have their hands full just looking after the kids. Pampering guests is what Hilton does best, and the beach valet service is just another example of the lengths we go to to make sure our guests are happy and have a great holiday.
“Exceeding our guests’ expectations and providing the highest levels of service is what has made Hilton the most highly regarded hotel company in the world,” Kelly said.
Rates at Hilton Surfers Paradise start from AUD$259 for a one bedroom apartment and from AUD$279 for a hotel room.
